Keyed Polyurethane On A Nylon Centre

The HUR200 is a 200mm polyurethane wheel from Fallshaw, 48mm wide and rated to 500kg. It is sold on its own so you can rewheel a worn castor instead of replacing the whole unit, and it runs on a maintenance-free roller bearing with a 12.7mm bore and 60mm hub.

Why Polyurethane

Polyurethane carries more weight per castor than rubber and rolls with less effort under load. The tread is mechanically keyed into the nylon centre, so it will not chip off or go brittle, and it stays non-marking on smooth concrete, tiles and vinyl. That makes it a good fit for heavier industrial trolleys, hospital and school equipment, and warehouse carts on smooth concrete, tile or vinyl where load and long tread life matter.

Check the Fit Before You Order

Measure the axle (12.7mm, or half an inch) and the gap between the fork legs (60mm). If both match, this wheel drops straight in. Not sure which castor it came from?
