The HUR200/OZP is a 200mm polyurethane swivel castor, rated to 500kg per castor. Made by Fallshaw in Australia, it pairs a keyed polyurethane on a nylon centre wheel on a maintenance-free roller bearing with a zinc Core Coat fork, so a loaded trolley moves with little push effort. The double ball race swivel head lets a loaded trolley turn on the spot without binding.

Why Polyurethane

Polyurethane carries more weight per castor than rubber and rolls with less effort under load. The tread is mechanically keyed into the nylon centre, so it will not chip off or go brittle, and it stays non-marking on smooth concrete, tiles and vinyl. That makes the 200mm polyurethane castor a good fit for heavier industrial trolleys, hospital and school equipment, and warehouse carts on smooth concrete, tile or vinyl where load and long tread life matter.

Bolts Straight Onto Existing Trolleys

The 130mm x 100mm top plate shares the same footprint as the Rex EHI and MHD industrial castors, so it swaps in without redrilling. The wheel is replaceable too, so a worn tread means a new wheel, not a new castor.

Fixed, Swivel and Braked Versions

The 200mm Polyurethane also comes as a fixed plate (HUR200/HZF) and a swivel plate with total brake (HUR200/OZPTB). All share the same wheel, height and plate, so you can mix them on one trolley.
