The Freezer-Ready Upgrades

To ensure peak performance in extreme temperatures, we have replaced standard components with high-spec alternatives:

• Premium High-Grade Chiller Oil: Standard hydraulic fluid can thicken and become sluggish in the cold. We use a low-viscosity chiller oil that remains fluid at sub-zero temperatures, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering.

• Heavy-Duty White Nylon Wheels: We have replaced standard polyurethane with four high-density white nylon wheels. Nylon resists “flat-spotting” in the cold and offers superior rolling resistance on icy or damp floors.

⚠️ Critical Operational Guideline

To maintain the integrity of the hydraulic seals and mechanical bearings, these units are designed for intermittent freezer use.

• Maximum Exposure: These units should remain inside the chiller/freezer for a maximum of two hours at a time.

• Acclimatisation: Following use, the unit should be moved to a dry, ambient temperature zone to allow any condensation to evaporate, preventing internal icing and corrosion.
